As a White Dove Barn Wedding Photographer (recommended supplier) it was a pleasure to shoot Helens and Declan’s big day at this venue. Helen and Declan….where to begin. In a world of 7 billion people there is no way these 2 couldn’t have come together. I kept thinking on the day of magnets, how when 2 magnets connect they are drawn to each other…that’s these guys. You could put them at opposite sides of the globe and they would find each other…
Helen looked incredible, radiant and rather calm and Declan could barely contain his pride…he beamed from ear to ear all day long. Their love for each other is infectious and their love for life, their friends, good food and drink and for good times was evident. They chose a White Dove Barn wedding specifically as you can hire the entire place for the weekend, which suited them perfectly as they did just that.
From the stunning venue (White Dove Barns, Marsh farm Ellough) to the emotionally charged ceremony, to the table heads, in their chefs hats and aprons carving the meat, to the Sambuca toast, to campervan table decs, to the cake made of cheese (not a cheesecake, a whole cake made of rounds of cheese…how cool is that !!) to the band (Rumblefish….you gents took the roof off), to the guests who were quite literally swinging from the rafters (I kid you not…check out the images), to the weather, to the flowers (Violets florist, Lowestoft) to the caterers (prestige of Ipswich)…..I raise my hat. It was a full on fun packed weekend and wil live in Helen and Declan’s memories forever..
And to Helen and Declan….Mr and Mrs Rate…. I wish you all the very best in health and happiness you are made for each other.
Every wedding is a celebration but you guys took it to whole new level.
