Wedding Photographer in Essex | David and Terri Anne | Plough House

David and Terri Anne were looking for a wedding photographer in Essex and they found me, and thats super because as soon as i met these guys i was looking forward to shooting their day. David is a keen photographer himself and knows his way around a camera so I had to be on my game. However, thats made easier when the groom is suggesting locations and experimental ideas with off camera flash. Its great to get input from the couples.

The day started at Terri Annes parents house where the bride prep was cool and calm.The gents got ready nearby. Then on to St Margarets Church for the ceremony. The church was packed with friends and family and the ceremony was full of emotion. After the ceremony it was on to the Plough House for the reception and some dancing. I think the award for ‘moves’ goes to the boys at this one.

As the sun started to fade we grabbed a few minutes for some beautiful sunset shots. Not far from the venue are some great open fields with amazing views across the fens. I love the time I get to spend with just the couple, you can see them lose themselves in the moment and just take time out from the craziness of the day to connect and relax with each other. We stayed for a short while until the light had faded then headed back to the venue.

The first dance kicked off the proceedings for the evening and it wasn’t long before the serious partying began.
