Wedding Photographer Surrey | Jennie and Neil
Being a Woldingham School Wedding Photographer (preferred supplier) is rather good to say the least. It means I get to be the wedding photographer for couples like Jennie and Neil. I know Jennie from way back and she was working in the States when she contacted be out of the blue to see if I was free to cover her wedding. I was honoured and jumped at the chance.
When she showed me the venue, the plans, and talked through her wedding I realised just how good it was going to be. Jennie is a lovely person, always smiling and laughing and Neil is a Gent. To say Jennie looked stunning is an understatement. The dress was just amazing and flowed down the back and the ruffled train added elegance and class to an already elegant and classy lady. Jennie and Neil were married at St Pauls Church, Woldingham on the 19th July 2014 and then a superb London Routemaster bus ferried everyone to the reception venue.
It was the hottest, humid day of the year so far and several days before had seen thunder and lightning and then intense sunny spells….it was warm, tropical warm. But that didn’t phase anyone, in fact it made for a beautiful summers evening at an incredible countryside location. The balmy, summers day included Jenga , Croquet and connect 4 on the lawn and a fantastic band (Soul to Soul Acoustic). The speeches were heartfelt, funny and honest. And then the dancing and partying carried on into the night. It was joy to photograph and wish Jennie and Neil all the best.
